Shopping, ordering, tracking, storing, planning begins

Everything will be communicated with you as it unfolds and the vision comes together
I N V E N T O R Y 
Items that are 100lbs or more will be sent directly to the client to be stored prior to installation day. SC+D will store everything else
I N S T A L A T I O N
The vision becomes a reality. We install and hand style your space to perfection. The remaining Design Fee is due at this time, along with hourly work dues

▫️ We charge a Flat Rate Design fee per room

▫️ The design fee Includes all planning that goes into 
  designing the space (i.e moodboards,
  researching/acquiring samples, coordinating with outside 
  vendors as needed, ordering/tracking/storing inventory, 
  etc.). Essentially everything it takes to make the client's 
  space come to fruition 

▫️ On average, the Design Fee is $1,500-$3,000, but this 
  all depends on the scope and scale of work for each 
  project (i.e. size of room/project, a remodel or just 
  simply design, etc.)

▫️ We can work with any budget so the Cost Estimate will 
  greatly depend on the investment the client is wanting to 
  make for their project.

O R G A N I Z I N G 
▫️ We charge a hourly rate fee based on the scope of work, 
  but typically ranges $50-$75/hour 

▫️ If applicable we charge a Flat Rate Travel fee for
  distances further than 30 miles from our business (1/2 
  hourly rate of project)

▫️ If applicable we charge a Flat Rate Shopping fee for 
  any specific organizing products or household items that 
  are requested by the client (1/2 hourly rate of project)

▫️ We offer bulk discounts for multiple Sessions booked

▫️ We offer Organizing Session package
▫️ We charge a fee of $350-$500 for a 2 hour session. 
  Fee is based off of Property size

▫️ This fee includes a thorough walkthrough of 
  your property, local market research (comps), list of 
  ways to improve on what you currently have, provide a 
  mood board for general design concept, tips and tricks 
  on how to improve guest experience, and a plan of 
  action to move forward

▫️ If applicable we charge a Flat Rate Travel fee ($50)
  for distances further than 30 miles from our business.  

▫️ Available for inquiries post assessment and continued 
  support, as needed.
▫️ We charge a design fee of $800 - $1,000/Room, but 
  this depends on the scope or scale of work for the project

▫️ This fee includes an assessment of the property, local 
  market research (comps), detailed mood board of each 
  room, detailed styling layout of each room, detailed 
  shopping list with links and pictures, and hospitality 
  recommendations to improve guest experience for your 
  specific property

Styling & Staging Fee of $75/hour (hand styling and 
  decorating the property)
